Shipping policy

Our company ships through the following carriers

* USPS and UPS

International shipping (if applicable)

We happily support and love our international customers.

We ship all International products through USPS and UPS

570 Soap Co. is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping. 

These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

Cost calculations

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

* We offer free shipping for orders over $25 within the US

Timeline

Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 6-8 weeks to be handmade and cured.

MISSING PACKAGES

We are not responsible for missing packages. Porch/Mail theft is becoming more and more prevalent and it is not the responsibility of 570 Soap Co. or the USPS to replace or reimburse for any missing packages. If you believe that your package legitimately is missing please contact the USPS as they are best equipped to locate your package. We do recommend adding Package Protection to your order are checkout. 

RETURNS/DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of our products we can not accept returns. This is for sanitary reasons. Once and order is shipped, all sales are final. 

If for any reason your products are damaged please capture a photo documentation/proof of the damage and contact the USPS and 570 Soap Co immediately. We will file a claim on your behalf but will need proof and documentation from the customer to file the claim. We recommend adding package protection to your order at checkout.
