At 570 Soap Co., we primarily use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for our shipping needs. However, depending on the destination, size, and weight of your order, we may also utilize FedEx or UPS. Our choice of carrier ensures that your products are delivered efficiently and securely.

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Your package may be subject to customs fees or taxes, for which you are responsible. Damages

570 Soap Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
